My name’s Joshua O’Carr. I’ve been a neuroscientist for over 30 years, working in a private lab dedicated to cognitive health. Throughout my career, I’ve closely followed research from the Berlin University of Medicine that classified memory loss as Type 3 Diabetes — a condition where sugar crystals build up in the neurons and block the brain’s synaptic connections. Most doctors don’t even know Type 3 exists, which is why millions of people keep getting sent home being told ‘it’s just a normal part of getting older.

The big breakthrough in my research happened when I discovered that a small community in Korea had an ancient fermentation method that produced a specific strain of Lactobacillus Paracasei. In studies, this probiotic showed an incredible ability to fight off the build-up of these sugar crystals in the neurons. The most amazing thing is that the staple food used in this fermentation process is something most people already have in their fridge — but hardly anyone prepares it the right way to create this strain.

I’ve recorded a free video explaining in detail how scientists have been studying these sugar crystals, what they do to your memory, and what your diet has to do with it. Most importantly, at the end of the video, I’ll show you what you can do today, using simple ingredients, to help protect your brain. If you or a loved one have been noticing memory lapses, please watch it before this video gets taken down.
